Winter isn't my favorite season by any stretch of the imagination but it has it's own rewards! Hot comforting soup, fluffy slippers, snow days and the luxury of putting on pajamas at 4 in the afternoon or never taking them off in the first place. However, this record setting winter in Philadelphia has definitely worn out its' welcome. A silver lining is that I have had an unusual amount of time to plan for a new and improved garden!
